Winnie is an associate in our dispute resolution and insolvency team, and is based in Hong Kong.

Her practice focuses on cross-border restructuring and insolvency, as well as commercial dispute resolution. She has acted for insolvency practitioners, commercial banking institutions, directors and shareholders. She also has experience advising on a wide range of high-value and complex commercial disputes including fraud, breaches of directors’ duties and shareholder disputes.

Winnie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Winnie practiced as a dispute resolution associate at a leading local law firm in Hong Kong.

She graduated with a Law degree with honours from The University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2017 (currently not practicing).

罗咏蓉 (Winnie Lo) 是我们香港办公室争议解决和破产团队的律师。

她的业务主要专注于跨境重组和破产，以及商业争议解决。她曾经为破产执行人、商业银行机构、董事和股东提供法律建议。此外，她在处理高价值和复杂的商业纠纷（包括欺诈、违反董事职责和股东纠纷）具有丰富的经验。

罗经理掌握流利的英语，粤语和普通话。

在加入凯瑞奥信（Carey Olsen）之前，罗经理在香港本地一家著名的律师事务所担任争议解决组的助理律师。

她毕业于香港大学，并获得法律荣誉学位。她随后于 2017 年获得香港律师资格（现未执业）。
