Woo’s practice focuses on mortgage-related structured finance and securitization transactions and securities offerings.
Woo is an associate in the structured finance and securitization practice. He represents lenders, borrowers, underwriters, and issuers in a variety of structured finance and securitization transactions. In particular, he represents borrowers and lenders in warehouse credit facilities and gestation financing facilities of agency and non-agency mortgage loans, including early buyout loans (EBOs). He also represents public companies in connection with securities offerings.
