Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhang practiced law with Tiantong Law Firm and King & Wood Mallesons. Mr. Zhang has more than 15 years' practice experience specializing in commercial crisis resolution, debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization, and other legal services, especially with respect to listed company bankruptcy reorganization and large corporate debt and asset restructurings.
