Ms. Gu joined Han Kun in 2011. Her major practice areas cover venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and offshore securities offerings and restructurings. Ms. Gu has provided legal services to numerous venture capital funds, private equity funds, and founders in relation to their investments and financings, joint ventures, and restructurings, including designing deal structures, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and deal closing-related services. Ms. Gu has also served as legal counsel to issuers and underwriters in overseas IPOs involving Chinese companies. She has advised clients in diverse industries, from TMT, e-commerce, sharing economy, healthcare services, and education and training to wholesale and retail.
