Yousef’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure projects.

Yousef has considerable experience in construction and finance matters, including experience with a wide range of project contracts and documentation.

Before joining the firm, Yousef trained and practiced at a Silver Circle firm in London, where his work was primarily focused on drafting and negotiating construction contracts, acting for developers of commercial and high-end residential projects in London.

Prior to practicing law, Yousef was a civil engineer and worked on the construction of real estate and infrastructure projects in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Yemen.

Relevant Experience

• Advising the project company of a petrochemical plant in Saudi Arabia, on gas supply agreements and product marketing agreements.
• Advising an international developer on the procurement strategy, through the development phase (including development financing) and up to practical completion, of two high-end residential projects in central London.
• Advising the development arm of a prominent international real estate fund on the building contracts and agreements for lease relating to two office refurbishment projects in London.
