Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Sun practiced with King & Wood Mallesons.

Ms. Sun specializes in banking and finance, aircraft finance leasing, and corporate banking business. She has been involved in numerous aircraft and aviation equipment finance and lease projects and represented domestic airline companies, leasing companies, and commercial banks in various transactions, including PDP finance for purchasing new aircraft, operating leases, financing leases, lease novations and assignments, and sale-leasebacks of aircraft.

Ms. Sun has accumulated experience in dealing with different types of domestic and international financing transactions, such as general commercial loans, syndicated loans, project financing and accounts receivable financing. She provides legal services that include reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, preparing standard documentation and issuing legal opinions.
