Yuri Neklyaev represents clients in all aspects of matrimonial law matters. He focuses on family law litigation, including complex divorce cases and the distribution of marital assets located both in Ukraine and worldwide. With over 15 years of legal practice, Yuri handles all stages of litigation and has considerable experience representing clients in the Supreme Court. In addition to his litigation expertise, Yuri is a certified mediator, adept at resolving disputes through out-of-court settlements.



Yuri also provides legal support with paternity issues, child custody, parenting time and child support arrangements. He represents clients in international procedures outlined by the Hague Conventions for the return of children abducted by one parent.
