Mr. Yuxuan Zhang joined Han Kun in 2014. Mr. Zhang specializes in legal services relating to cross-border and domestic venture capital investment, and he has advised many clients regarding industrial policies, corporate governance, risk management, and reorganization. Mr. Zhang has represented many venture capital funds, start-up companies, and entrepreneurs in a variety of investment and financing, merger and acquisition, spin-off and reorganization transactions. Mr. Zhang provides legal services that include advising on deal structures, drafting legal documents, negotiations, and assisting with closings. Mr. Zhang specializes in industries that include technology, games, culture and entertainment, semiconductor, and consumer goods.
