Yves Bruce Kwisanga is an Associate at ENS in Rwanda.

He specialises in a number of areas of law including disputes resolution proceedings, employment, immovable property, criminal defence and corporate law.

He has acted for clients in a variety of sectors and industries including construction and engineering projects, financial institutions, labour disputes, energy, immovable property, criminal defence and corporate advisory.

His practice experience includes assisting and representing commercial companies and not-for-profit organizations in litigation, arbitration, mediation and before administrative authorities; drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and other legal documents.  He is also a passionate participant in Pro bono cases.

He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda and he is fluent in English and French.

Yves is a member of  Rwanda Bar Association.
