Profile

Zach Halbur is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. Zach focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting U.S., Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and foreign utility patent applications.

Before joining the firm, Zach worked as a consultant engineer, designing and analyzing tooling systems to meet specific manufacturing needs. He also has experience as a mechanical engineer for a large petrochemical company, performing diagnostics, repair, and reliability upgrades of hydrocarbon processing systems. In addition to his law degree, Zach holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
