Zan Sporn Krajnc is a lawyer candidate who joined the Jadek & Pensa law firm in 2020. He is a member of the dispute resolution unit and advises clients mainly in the field of insolvency, obligation, property and real estate law. In the past, he participated in complex corporate and shareholder disputes. He is committed to finding creative solutions and to the best protection of clients' interests. During his studies, he gained experience in a major Slovenian and international law firm. He completed part of his undergraduate studies in Great Britain at the University of Stirling. He also participated in various legal competitions, among which the international Willem C. Vis Moot competition in commercial arbitration is worth highlighting.
