Ms. Zhang began practicing in the legal profession in 2011. Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhang practiced law at Grandall Law Firm for four years, based in Beijing and Hangzhou.

Ms. Zhang specializes in domestic and foreign listings, including restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and real estate investment and financing, especially mixed reforms of state-owned enterprises and transactions involving state-owned assets. The clients Ms. Zhang represents include well-known enterprises and leading fast-growing enterprises in a wide array of industries, such as new energy, military, e-commerce, real estate and infrastructure, mining, and chemical. Ms. Zhang assists in capital operations, due diligence, transaction structure planning, post investment management, and daily legal matters.

Ms. Zhang received her master’s degree in International Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang earned a B.A. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2008.
