The President of the Environmental Protection Agency of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (“APrA”), through resolution No 106/2020. ordered (i) To extend, for a period of ninety consecutive days, the validity of the certificates and the corresponding presentations to the administrative processes, whose maturities operate between March 16 and May 31, 2020. Both dates are inclusive (reaches all the certificates issued by APrA and all the administrative processes that are processed before said authority). (ii) Maintain exclusive electronic channels enabled in order to continue providing customer service and / or receive presentations in virtual format. By means of Resolution N ° 91/2020, APrA resolved to suspend in-person assistance to the public in person, pending the extension of the social, preventive and compulsory isolation measure provided by Decree of Necessity and Urgency N ° 297 / 2020 (see our Report of the 17.04.2020 ).
