The ANH Modified CEPI Selection Process through Addenda No. 4 and 5

In recent days, the National Agency of Hydrocarbons ("ANH") published Addendum No. 4 and Addendum No. 5 to the CEPI Selection Process.

Addendum No. 4 introduces modifications to the schedule of the second round of the CEPI Bidding Process, as set forth below:

On the other hand, Addendum No. 5 modifies Annex No. 1 of the CEPI Selection Process named: "Instructions for Completing Forms and Commitments" in order to establish that the figures to be included in the forms of legal capacity and financial-economic capacity that are not expressed in Colombian pesos, and that are not included in the weekly publication H10 of the Federal Reserve of the United States of America, shall be converted to US dollars by applying the exchange rate certified by the Central Bank of the Participant's country of origin.

 It is important to remember that the CEPI Selection Process aims for National Government to obtain the minimum information required to define the public policy regarding the implementation of the Fracking in Colombia.
