Resolution No. 237/2021 of the Secretariat of Commerce: New prices information regime for companies (SIPRE)

Through Resolution No. 237/2021, published in the Official Gazette on March 17, 2021, the Domestic Trade Secretariat resolved to compel certain companies to report monthly – within the first 10 calendar days of each calendar month- current prices, quantities produced and sold of all its final or intermediate goods Sistema Informativo para la Implementación de Políticas de Reactivación Económica (“SIPRE”). Read more

Joint Resolution MMGYD and CNV No. 21029/2021: Guide of recommendations for gender equality in the capital market

Joint Resolution No. 21029/2021 of the Ministry of Women, Gender and Diversity (“MMGYD”, for its acronym in Spanish) and the National Securities Commission (“CNV”, for its acronym in Spanish), published in the Official Gazette yesterday, approves the “Guide of recommendations for gender equality in the capital market”, with the aim of contributing to the reduction of the gaps and segmentations that constitute structural inequality between genders in the CNV workspaces. Read more (in Spanish only)
