We have this year assisted with numerous new financings, covering everything from new bank syndicates, refinancings, direct lending and bond loans. It has in periods been especially hectic within the shipping, aviation and renewable energy sectors.

On the regulatory side, we have had a particular focus on the LIBOR transition. This transition represents a complete change of how to calculate and regulate interest rates and its complexity has required considerable work to ensure that we fully understand how it works.

We have additionally focused on the new Norwegian Act on Financial Contracts and Financial Assignment which still has not come into force.

We are now very much looking forward to the summer holiday and would like to thank all our clients and counterparties for the good cooperation. We wish you all a wonderful summer and look forward to (hopefully) meeting you in August.
