Kudun and Partners represented Ichitan Group Public Company Limited—a leading and hugely popular Thai beverage company that manufactures a wide range of beverages such as green tea, herbal, fruit, and energy drink—with respect to the acquisition of newly issued ordinary shares of Predictive Co., Ltd. for a total value of THB 122.6 million.

The acquisition is part of the company’s bold move into transforming its business into the digital world to support its core business; beverage business and the new business in providing digital data services. The acquisition of Predictive, a data intelligence service provider will help create for the company its own first-party data collection strategy, and no longer rely on third-party data. The client has plans to have its digital data services business listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the next three years.

The transaction was led by Kudun Sukhumananda, partner of the firm together with senior associate, Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn, and assisted by associates; Chuenkamol Viriya and Nichapat Anantaseriwittaya
