Morten V. Meyer is specialised within M&A, contract law, real estate and tax law. His clients are from a wide range of industries. He has extensive experience with reorganisations and with assisting buyers and sellers with the sale and purchase of shares and businesses. In addition, Morten holds a real estate agent insurance and assists buyers and sellers of real estate in all steps of the process, including as settlement manager. He has been associated with Simonsen Vogt Wiig since 2017, having previously worked several years for PwC and BDO.

Silje F. Stokland is part of Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s Shipping and Offshore team, assisting both yards and owners on all aspects of maritime and contract law. She has significant experience with dispute resolution, both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration. Silje has also been a deputy judge at Hordaland District Court. She has an extensive practice related to maritime labour law, advising both ship owners and organisations.

Øyvind Grøneng assists both Norwegian and international clients on a wide range of issues within commercial law. He has extensive experience with dispute resolution, both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration, including disputes related to construction projects, S&P of vessels, charter parties, marine casualties, and other claims in contract or tort.
