Camilla Flatum is specialised within shipping transactions and with ship- and bond financing. She has extensive experience from the shipping sector, assisting both owners, brokers, and financial institutions. Camilla also advises clients within the aviation sector, in financing matters especially. She has been associated with Simonsen Vogt Wiig since 2006, having previously worked for Nordic Trustee AS og Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB.

Erik Martinius Klevmo assists national and international clients on EU/EEA regulatory matters, antitrust/competition law, state aid and public procurement. His expertise is in competition and state aid law, coordinated and unilateral practices, merger control and in-depth EU/EEA-law assessments. Erik has advised clients before ESA and the EFTA Court on free movement, state aid and public procurement. He has been with the firm’s EU and competition law team since 2015.

Thorgeir Hole has been associated with Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s employment law department since 2002. He advises public and private undertakings in all employment issues and legal processes, including restructuring processes as well as administrative law. Thorgeir also has extensive experience assisting providers in the health sector with various healthcare issues.
