The international law firm Gianni & Origoni announces the launch of its Space Law practice , with the aim of providing Italian and international clients with integrated legal assistance that responds to the growing needs of the Space Economy . With this, the study intends to grasp the potential of a sector which has recorded enormous growth in the last decade, also in consideration of the primary role played by our country, sixth in the world - and third in Europe - for investment-GDP ratio in this sector. The leadership of the practice will be entrusted to Stefano Mele , a Partner who boasts twenty years of experience in the field of ICT , Privacy & Cybersecurity Law.

The new specialization confirms Gianni & Origoni's ability to constantly redefine the boundaries of the legal profession, carefully following the evolution of the needs of clients - private companies and government bodies - through the offer of a broad spectrum of transversal skills and specializations . The development of the practice will be able to count on the experience gained over the last few years by the Firm in the fields that characterize space law and space economy, on which huge resources and investments are being concentrated at government level and by multinationals and startups Italian and foreign.
