Heuking advises Primus Valor group on the acquisition of several properties
A Heuking team led by Dr. Sönke Görgens, Partner at the Hamburg office, legally advised Primus Valor group on the acquisition of several properties in Wolfsburg.
The properties, acquired by Primus Valor funds ImmoChance Deutschland 11 Renovation Plus (ICD 11 R+) and ImmoChance Deutschland 12 Renovation Plus (ICD 12 R+), include a building complex with 40 residential units on over 2,100 square meters and a building complex with about 87 residential units on some 4,300 square meters.
Mannheim-based Primus Valor AG was established in 2007. The company focuses on the acquisition of affordable housing in German regional and district centers. To date, Primus Valor has invested in about 10,000 residential and commercial properties across 120 sites in Germany through the “ImmoChance Deutschland” fund series. Primus Valor group’s total investment volume is in excess of EUR 1.1 billion.
