The New Amparo Law-On April 2, 2013, the Amparo Law, Regulatory of Articles 103 and 107 of the Constitution of the United Mexican Estates, was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation. This new law broadens the constitutional defense of rights, since more individuals can have access to the amparo actions. Additionally, it is expected to correct many problems caused in the administration of justice, strengthening the role of the Supreme Court of Justice.

Nueva Ley de Amparo-El 2 de abril de 2013, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación la Ley de Amparo, Reglamentaria de los artículos 103 y 107 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
Esta nueva ley amplía la protección constitucional, ya que más personas podrán acceder al juicio de amparo. Asimismo, pretende corregir muchos de los problemas de la impartición de justicia en México, fortaleciendo el papel de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación.
