On October 28 – November 1 German Zakharov, ALRUD Of Counsel, participated in 60^th UIA Congress in Budapest.

German Zakharov participated in the following sessions: "Competition Law" and "Compliance: Challenges and opportunities for the legal profession". The participants of the session were foremost antitrust lawyers. Within the sessions, the possibilities of the antitrust law development and special issues of the implementation of antitrust compliance in different jurisdictions were discussed.

German Zakharov spoke in the Congress with the following presentations: "Practical Issues Of Stand-Alone And Follow-On Damages Claims In Russia" and "Recovery of damages caused by the violation of Competition Law in Russia and European Union".
