Silberlake Acquires 300 Residential Units in the Ruhr Area

With the support of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Silberlake Real Estate Group acquired several residential buildings in the Ruhr area. A team led by Dr. Peter Vocke advised the Düsseldorf-based project and portfolio developer on the transaction.
The properties, built in the 1970s, are located in Gelsenkirchen and Mülheim/Ruhr. Some 300 apartments comprise a total rental area of about 20,000 square meters. In addition, the properties offer 200 parking spaces overall. Two private owners are the sellers.
Silberlake Real Estate Group is a real estate investor based in Düsseldorf and is regularly advised by Dr. Vocke and his team, most recently on the acquisition of the Ben-Gurion-Weg 174 office building in Frankfurt am Main.
