Holder is known in the industry for its high level of competence in developing and manufacturing multifunctional municipal vehicles. Holder has some 250 employees and operates sites in Canada, the USA, Croatia, and Italy. Kärcher is the world’s leading supplier of cleaning technology. The family-owned company employs more than 13,000 people in 72 countries and more than 127 companies. The transaction aims to leverage the strengths of both brands and companies and to build on existing structures and experience.
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has advised on the transaction from structuring, granting purchase rights, due diligence, to closing.
