Shoosmiths appointed to inaugural WeWork EMEA legal panel
Shoosmiths will work closely with WeWork, a global space, community and service company and will focus, in particular, in providing legal advice in the following key areas in the UK and Ireland, Employment; Commercial; Corporate; and Health & Safety and Environmental.
WeWork is present in 111 cities and 29 countries with over 527,000 members globally and 40% of these being enterprise clients. The WeWork panel review was led by Sarah Nelson Smith, Regional General Counsel, EMEA.
The Shoosmiths relationship will be led by Mark Elder (Partner - Commercial Litigation). He will be supported by the following key people Joseph Mazzuca (Partner – Real Estate), Simon McArdle (Partner – Commercial), Emma Morgan (Partner – Employment), Roy Tozer (Partner – Regulatory) and James Klein (Partner – Corporate).
