HMP Acquires Provascular GmbH and Announces Establishment of HMP Europe

The company announced the establishment of HMP Europe to better leverage growth opportunities on the European market. The agreement with Provascular includes a strategic alliance with the conference organizer, CongO GmbH. In the future, they will jointly organize Leipzig Interventional Course (LINC), a world-leading conference for medical education in the field of vascular medicine, which is held in Leipzig annually. HMP is the market leader for healthcare events and education aimed at improving patient care. The company produces accredited training events and clinically relevant content for the global healthcare industry. Brands include the Consultant360 platform, Psych Congress, EMS World Expo, and Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC). HMP’s shareholders include private equity firm Susquehanna Growth Equity.
