Dinsmore’s Josh Rogers Elected to American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

December, 2019 - Louisville, Kentucky

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is proud to announce Morgantown Office Managing Partner Josh Rogers has been elected a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Rogers is now the youngest of six ACTEC fellows in the state of West Virginia.

ACTEC is a professional organization of approximately 2,600 trust and estate lawyers who have demonstrated the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience. Attorneys are nominated by other fellows and are subjected to careful review by both state and national membership selection committees prior to consideration by the regents of the College.

Fellows take leadership positions on committees, attend and give presentations to other professionals, and promote the mission of ACTEC—namely the improvement and reform of probate, trust and tax laws, procedures, and professional responsibility.

Rogers joins several other Dinsmore attorneys who are already ACTEC fellows, including Lee Stautberg, Wayne Wilson, Mary Healy and J. Michael Cooney.
