Beccar Varela Advises on Agrofina’s Class IX Notes Issuance.

December 17th, 2019. Beccar Varela advised Agrofina S.A. on the issuance of Class IX notes, worth US$9.014.981, carried out under the company’s Global Program for the issuance of simple notes, not convertible into shares, for a maximum nominal value of up to US$60 million (or its equivalent in other currencies).
Class IX notes, issued on December 4th, 2019, will accrue interest at an annual fixed rate of 13.65%. Their maturity date will take place on July 4th, 2021.
In this issuance, Agrofina S.A. acted as issuer, SBS Capital S.A. acted as organizer, and SBS Trading S.A. and Alchemy Valores S.A. as placement agents.
The notes have been listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and have been admitted to trading on Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
Beccar Varela assisted all the parties involved in the issuance (partner Luciana Denegri and associates María Victoria Pavani and Joaquín Vallejos).
