Samir Abdelnour focuses his practice on environmental litigation, advice, and counseling. He advises and represents public and private entities, as well as individuals, in regulatory enforcement actions, contaminated property remediation, land use entitlement and permit proceedings, water rights, product labeling, and litigation involving natural resources and other environmental issues. He has extensive experience litigating environmental matters in federal and state courts, as well as through private arbitration. Samir also has experience litigating general commercial and business disputes.
Liza Bunker specializes in providing estate planning, trust and probate administration services to individuals and families. She is skilled in developing and implementing estate planning strategies ranging from “first level” revocable trust planning to advanced estate and gift planning techniques. She also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration. Liza’s practice also includes the formation and operation of family-held partnerships and limited liability companies in the context of estate planning.
Natalie Wilson advises emerging companies throughout their life cycle, from formation to exit. She counsels private companies on matters including corporate formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, and securities law matters. In addition, Natalie also advises venture capital and private equity funds on matters related to their formation, and their portfolio investments.
