GOP tops 2019 M&A rankings

Rome, January 14, 2020 - Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners is once again named top law firm in the 2019 M&A Mergermarket Legal League Tables.
With over 64 transactions and a total deal value of 11.4 billion dollars, GOP confirms its number one position in the M&A ranking for volume and is ranked in second position for value (deal counts).
This result further recognizes the firm’s leadership in the M&A market and highlights its consolidated presence in both transactions considered strategic for the country’s economy as well as mid-market deals.
