Litigation Associate Brian Wood Grows Dinsmore’s Louisville Office

Brian James Wood has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Louisville. Wood will practice with the litigation department, focusing on commercial litigation.
His experience includes managing Kentucky and Indiana client portfolios from inception to judgment and satisfaction in consumer and commercial collections actions. Wood has appeared in numerous state court arguing dispositive motions and has advised clients on best practices with compliance to federal and state collections law.
While earning his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, he was on the board for the Moot Court National competition team and the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture and Natural Resources Law editorial board. Wood was also on the executive board for the legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. He earned his B.A. in English from the University of Louisville. Currently, Wood is a member of the Louisville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
