Spilman Adds Depth to Litigation Services
<strong>Winston-Salem, N.C. — </strong>Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) is pleased to announce that attorney Milind K. Dongre has joined the firm as an associate.<br /> <br /> Dongre’s primary area of practice is <a href="~/services/litigation">litigation</a> with emphasis on <a href="~/industries/consumer-finance">consumer financial services law</a>, <a href="~/industries/banking-finance">banking and finance law</a>, <a href="~/services/bankruptcy-creditors-rights">bankruptcy law, and creditors’ rights</a>. He also is a member of <a href="~/services/the-battle-group-litigation">The Battle Group</a>, Spilman’s high-stakes litigation team.<br /> <br /> Dongre previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Catharine R. Aron, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He also has served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of North Carolina in two districts, Forsyth County and Mecklenburg County, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses.<br /> <br /> Dongre earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of Georgia.
