Spilman Adds to North Carolina Litigation Team
<strong>Winston-Salem, N.C.</strong> — Spilman Thomas & Battle (Spilman) announced that <a href="https://www.spilmanlaw.com/people/lee_denton/details">Lee D. Denton</a> joined the firm as an associate in its North Carolina office.<br /> <br /> Denton's primary area of practice is litigation, with an emphasis on complex business cases, estates litigation, construction defect cases and personal injury litigation. He has represented clients as primary counsel before the North Carolina Business Court, Superior Court, District Court and federal courts.<br /> <br /> He earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. He served as judicial law clerk for Chief Judge James L. Gale prior to joining Spilman.<br /> <br /> Denton is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association, where he serves as a Board Member on the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section.
