Spilman Attorneys Selected for NCBA Section Leadership

Wall</a> each were selected to serve as chairman of a section of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA).<br /> <br /> Scott was selected to serve as Chairman of the NCBA Construction Law Section. He is Co-Chair of Spilman’s Construction Law Group. His practice focuses on construction law and related litigation, as well as commercial and business litigation.<br /> <br /> Wall was selected to serve as Chairman of the NCBA Tax Law Section. At Spilman, he is Vice Chair of the Corporate Department and Co-Chair of the Federal Taxation Practice Group.
