Morgan & Morgan acted as Panamanian counsel to First Quantum Minerals, Ltd. in its offering (under Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Regulation) of US$500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 7.250% senior notes due 2023, and US$250,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior notes due 2025.
