Zachariah A. Johnson Joins Dinsmore’s Cincinnati Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added Zachariah (Zach) A. Johnson as an associate to the firm’s Cincinnati office. He will practice out of the corporate department, focusing on tax, benefits and wealth planning.
“I am excited about my move to Dinsmore,” said Johnson. “The firm’s name itself says a lot, however, the people make it. I am looking forward to this new opportunity and ready to get working with the tax group.”
Johnson has experience preparing estate-planning documents, facilitating real estate and commercial loan closings and performing legal research and writing legal memoranda for contracts and general business matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and received his BSBA in finance from Xavier University.
