Ann Peldo Cargile Named Among 2020 Women of Influence by Nashville Business Journal
Bradley is pleased to announce that Ann Peldo Cargile, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been named by the Nashville Business Journal (NBJ) as one of its 2020 Women of Influence.
Ms. Cargile is among 35 Nashville women named to the list of female leaders in business and the community. Nominees were evaluated by a panel of judges made up of past Women of Influence winners. The award is now in its 14th year.
“We celebrate the Nashville Business Journal’s recognition of Ann as one of this year’s Women of Influence,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “Ann is a leader at Bradley and a top attorney in the real estate space.”
A senior member of the Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Cargile represents parties in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, finance, and joint ventures. In her national leasing practice, she serves as counsel to landlords and tenants in both lease negotiation and lease enforcement. In addition, she represents lenders in placing financing, and has significant experience assisting borrowers in negotiating favorable loan terms and advising them when projects become distressed. She also advises parties on structuring joint ventures to best advantage.
Ms. Cargile is an officer and governor in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a member of the Association for Real Property and Infrastructure, an international organization that studies real estate trends. In addition, she is a frequent speaker on real estate related topics to national, regional and local groups, including both attorneys and non-attorneys in real estate related fields.
