Bradley Partner Aron Beezley Quoted in Law360 on Amazon's Dispute Over the JEDI Deal

Bradley attorney Aron Beezley was quoted in Law360 on Amazon’s protests at the Court of Federal Claims and before the Department of Defense (DOD) over the Pentagon’s $10 billion JEDI cloud deal. Amazon is arguing that it lost out on the deal because the DOD, under the influence of President Trump, downplayed the superiority of its cloud offering.

“There inevitably will be more protests no matter which way the reevaluation comes out,” said Beezley. “I think it will be very interesting to see how, when the protest process and procurement inevitably drags on past the November election, how that, if at all, changes things, particularly if there’s a new president in the White House.”
