STINAG, Advised by Heuking, Acquires 145 Micro-Apartments in the “Böblingen/Sindelfingen Airfield” Urban District

A team led by Jens-Hendrik Janzen, Partner at the Stuttgart office, legally advised STINAG Stuttgart Invest AG on the acquisition of 145 micro-apartments on the site of the “Böblingen/Sindelfingen Airfield” urban district by way of a share deal. The seller is Stuttgart-based KIAG Immobilien GmbH.
The new building with more than 6,000 square meters of floor space consists of 145 micro-apartments, a childcare center, and an underground garage with more than 120 parking spaces. The furnished micro-apartments are leased to ipartment group on a long-term basis and are mostly available to companies to temporarily accommodate their project staff. The Airfield childcare center on the first floor of the building with 100 daycare spots is leased to special purpose association Zweckverband Flugfeld and is operated by Kolping-Kita gGmbH.
