Ukraine completes the anti-dumping investigation against imports of fasteners from China
International Trade practice achieves the lowest individual and decreased country-wide duty for the Chinese industry following the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports into Ukraine of steel fasteners from the PRC.
Asters' team contributed to the exclusion of several product varieties from the product subject to the anti-dumping duty, the decrease of the country-wide duty from 93.64% to 67.4%, and secured the lowest individual duty of 32.47% for the producer/exporter represented by Asters.
The firm advised Ukrainian Association Fastexim, a number of Chinese exporters and a major Ukrainian importer. The team working on the project comprised associates Ivan Yaremchuk, Tetiana Bebik, Yelyzaveta Herasymchuk, Slava Opeida, counsel Olesia Kryvetska led by partner Alexey Pustovit.
