Heuking Starting Next Year with Two New Equity Partners from Its Own Ranks

Effective January 1, 2021, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will admit two Salaried Partners from its own ranks into equity partnership. Nine Senior Associates will become Salaried Partners. “The fact that in a year such as this one which was particular in so many ways, two lawyers have accomplished the step to become Equity Partners and nine Senior Associates will become Salaried Partners once again highlights our internal potential. It also reinforces our conviction that our firm offers excellent internal development opportunities. We would like to wish our peers continued success and look forward to working with them in the future,” said Dr. Pär Johansson, Managing Partner for Human Resources.

The following Salaried Partners will join the equity partnership with effect from January 1, 2021:

Kristina Schneider, LL.M. advises in M&A/Private Equity, with a focus on small and mid-cap transactions, and in Venture Capital. Joining Heuking in Cologne in 2009, she became a Salaried Partner in 2015.

Dr. Oliver Treptow is practicing in the Corporate Law/M&A and Health Care, Pharma & Life Sciences practice groups. He focuses on advising on transactions in the health care sector. Treptow has been a Salaried Partner at Heuking in Munich since 2016 and is one of the two heads of the Health Care, Pharma & Life Sciences practice group.
