Hanson Bridgett Welcomes New Partner—Expands Corporate Practice Group & North Bay Team

Jan. 7, 2021 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett is pleased to announce that Jessica Karner has joined the firm as a partner in the San Rafael office. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all phases of mergers and acquisition matters, including sales and acquisitions of investment advisory firms, professional and consumer services firms, and companies in a wide variety of other industries. She also specializes in corporate and business law and regularly serves as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel to organizations across a variety of sectors.
As a Marin County native and an active member of her community, regularly volunteering at local nonprofits, Karner personifies the firm's commitment to community and pro bono work. She currently serves as President of the Board of Legal Aid of Marin.
