Health Care Acquisition Creates All-Inclusive Platform
trustaff Management, Inc., a long-time Dinsmore client and leading provider of travel nurse and health care staffing services, has successfully completed a multimillion-dollar sale to Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America. The two private investment firms intend to create an all-inclusive industry platform for health care needs that will involve a unique technology-driven approach.
Julie Schoepf, Jason Hilliard and Stacey Borowicz have represented trustaff and its affiliates for over 10 years, providing legal advice and guidance with respect to commercial contract review, labor and employment matters and state and federal health care regulations. Dinsmore’s M&A team provided legal counsel to trustaff throughout the competitive deal process.
“Given Dinsmore’s history with trustaff and its affiliate companies, we are very pleased to have played a part in obtaining this result for trustaff and its shareholders,” said Bobby Lucas, chair of Dinsmore’s Corporate Department.
The Dinsmore M&A team included partners Lucas, Schoepf, Borowicz and Kerry Irwin, and associates Adam Harlow, Brad Thompson and Maddie Rittley.
