Bradley attorney Dick Sayles was featured in the Dallas Business Journal discussing the firm's new office space and anticipated growth in Dallas. Bradley is relocating from Renaissance Tower to Fountain Place this fall, more than doubling its downtown footprint in the process.

The firm will occupy about 25,700 square feet across one and a half floors at Fountain Place, according to Sayles, compared to the formerly occupied 10,000 square feet at Renaissance Tower.

Bradley has grown from nine lawyers in Dallas to 30 since 2019, said Sayles.

“We’re expanding in a number of practice areas. Our office will have room for 50 lawyers, which tells you the type of growth we’re anticipating," said Sayles.

After touring "nearly all available space in Dallas," according to Sayles, Fountain Place stood out for a number of reasons.

"First was the recent $70 million renovation to the building. It has a freestanding parking garage and the building is outstanding now. While it’s downtown, it’s on the edge, which makes it very accessible. The convenience is terrific," Sayles said. Other selling points included the building's many upgraded amenities and its proximity to the Fairmont Hotel, where visitors of the law firm will be able to stay in close proximity to the office.

The original article, "Fast-Growing Law Firm Moves Dallas Office to Fountain Place," appeared in the Dallas Business Journal on April 19, 2021.
