Kudun and Partners Represents Nex Point Public Company Limited on the Acquisition of Partial Equity Interest from Beli Service and Absolute Assembly.

Kudun and Partners represented Nex Point Public Company Limited (NEX), in connection with its investment and penetration into the electric vehicle business focusing on public bus through the acquisitions of partial equity interest from the existing shareholders in two target companies with a total acquisition value of THB 478.2 million (USD 15.34 million):
Beli Service Company Limited — a business of providing preventive maintenance and repairing of natural gas air-conditioned buses (NGVs) — with a deal value of THB 260 million (approximately USD 8.34 million), and
Absolute Assembly Company Limited — owned by a Hong Kong registered company, operating in the business of manufacturing, assembling and selling electric buses and diesel buses, electric minibuses and electric vans with a maximum production capacity of 3,000 cars per year — with a deal value of THB 218.2 million (approximately USD 7 million).
The transaction was led by partner, Kom Vachiravarakarn with assistance from Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn, senior associate, and associates, Ploy Maneepaksin and Yanin Sirilak.
