Somboon Leads the Cooperatives Meeting on the Thai Airways Rehabilitation.

Somboon Sangrungjang, co-head of dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration practice recently attended an e-meeting at The Federation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives of Thailand Limited (FSCT) to provide guidelines and share the progress of the Thai Airways’ rehabilitation proceeding to all members of the cooperatives.
Last year, Kudun and Partners was officially appointed to represent 87 saving cooperatives in their capacity as creditors in Thai Airways’ rehabilitation, the largest rehabilitation to date in Thailand.
The meeting was conducted ahead of the Wednesday, 12 May meeting where the creditors will vote on the rehabilitation plan.
