Basham, Ringe y Correa Announce New Partner, David Eugenio Puente Tostado
As a response to its clients' needs, Basham, Ringe y Correa strengthened its already strong Labour, Employment and Social Security practice group with the addition of David Eugenio Puente Tostado as partner in the firm's Monterrey office.
David has more than twenty years' of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on labour, immigration, and social security matters deriving from investments, set up, day-to-day operations and activities, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructurings. He has extensive experience in collective negotiations in general but specifically in the electricity and automotive industries, individual and collective litigation, and that involving credits issued by social security institutions. Up until 2020, David was the president of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (CANCHAM), Monterrey Chapter.
