Kudun and Partners partners with TrustLaw to provide pro bono legal assistance to a social enterprise
Kudun and Partners recently partnered with TrustLaw, Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono legal program, to provide pro bono assistance to a social enterprise that provides training, coaching and mentoring to local and international companies, governmental bodies, and non-profit organizations (NGOs). The pro bono project was led by Peerasanti Somritutai with assistance from Nutthar Hongchutchaval, Natwara Svetamal, Chuenkamol Viriya and Ploypapas Nakata, where our team was tasked to provide advice on exploring the new social enterprise registration law to further the enterprise’s social mission.
“On behalf of the team, we are grateful for the chance to work with TrustLaw on this pro bono assignment,” Peerasanti Somritutai stated.
Kongkoch Yongsavasdikul, Kudun and Partners’ CSR committee chair remarked “By partnering with one of the world’s largest pro bono networks, our firm can identify opportunities to provide pro bono assistance to NGOs and social enterprises working to improve the world’s social and environmental conditions on a continuous basis. It’s all part of our firm’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and we are delighted to be a part of the TrustLaw program.”
