About the Role l Tax Associate

As we continue to expand our firm, we are seeking to hire a tax associate with a minimum three years working experience in a law firm to join our vibrant and growing Tax Practice. Core Responsibilities

• • Providing legal advice and recommendations related to tax laws and regulations, including obligations and requirements of public listed companies.
  • Providing recommendations, options and other relevant advice relating to tax issues in various transactions of public listed and private companies in compliance with taxation laws.
  • Providing advice on the duties, roles and responsibilities of Board of Directors and management of listed companies and its subsidiaries under all pertinent laws and regulations, including good corporate governance.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements related to taxation laws.
  • Engaging in business development activities and activities in promoting the firm.

Key requirements

• • A qualified lawyer with a minimum 3 years working experience in tax practice area.
  • Strong knowledge in taxation laws such as tax advisory, tax compliance, tax due diligence and tax representative.
  • Knowledge in transfer pricing is an added advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce high-quality work standards.
  • The ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Strong client-service orientation.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both verbal and written.
